Ragi Brownie

Ragi brownie

Ragi is a millet which is cool for the body. It is consumed in Summers to keep the body cool. Similarly, Palm jaggery is healthy to sugar as it favours easy digestion. It acts as a detox for removing unwanted particles in the liver, and cleans the system by removing toxins in our body.

It should be consumed in a medium quantity to keep the stomach cool especially in summers. They say overeating palm jaggery in winter seasons to catch cold.

We have cut down the intake of white sugar and have replaced healthy alternatives to this. I will never tell palm jaggery has less calorie to sugar or can be eaten everyday but a little harm wont make harm right?

Brownies are loved by all right? What if these 2 cool ingredients turn into one hot baked brownie?

Aps Notes:

If you want the brownies to be Vegan add in vegan chocolate chips and skip dairy yogurt and add in vegan yogurt.

Mixing the chocolate chips with a little flour doesn’t let the chips sink.
