Batate Bhaji / Potato Bhaji & Chapathi - His cooking

Hey Guys!!!! How r all ya doing???
Its time for me to post my DH's cooking.... A small note on that he is really a wonderful cook... he cooks for me once a week... And I get rest from kitchen chores.... Let mee add..his cooking doesn't mean only cook the food and rest is done by me... Its starts from cooking the food till washing dishes... :D.... He not only helps me here but he does help his mom and sis's too... Isn't it lovely.... Ok Ok its too goody goody things about him..... there r some silly not so goody things but those r manageable :P
This is simple side dish which can be served with roti's , phulka's or chapathi's...

Most of the time we like to eat oil/ghee free chapathi's but we even love those sweet chapathis with sugar.
Here is what he did...
Take a round bowl add 2 tbsp of ghee, one 1tbsp of sugar and mix well, now add wheat flour and salt to taste.
Add luke warm water and make it into a soft dough.
Let it Rest for 15 minutes.
Now make small balls out of the dough.
And roll it into with a roller pin.
Heat a griddle or tawa and fry these chapathis both the sides till done.
Spread ghee over it and Serve Hot with Bhaji

So here is the most easiest side dish Poatato Bhaji
Here is what is to be done:
Boil 2-3 large Potatoes, Peel them and cut them into dices (they need not be so even so dont worry).
Chop 2 green chillies, a few coriander leaves.
Now  in a deep bottom pan add 1 tbsp oil, when heated add 1 tsp urad dal, 1/2 tsp jeera, 1/2 tsp mustard seeds, when they start splattering Drop in some curry leaves and chopped green chillies.
Drop in the potatoes and add a bit of water (say a handful).
Now add 2 pinches of hing (or 1 tsp of hing water), salt to taste and mix well.
Keep on flame for 5 minutes and switch off the flame.
Here it is ready.
