Corn Peas Pulav

Gooooooood Morning Dearies..………. Back with some love filled recipe…. By Mr.Prabhu.
Weekend calls for some laziness but for some special food… and when its made by someone very special it adds more flavor to  the food… Am I right?? Its his cooking once again… something delicious and yum….

He made some Prawns & Corn Pulav for himself nd a veg version i.e corn peas pulav for me J…. Isn’t that very sweet????  Lemme first upload what he cooked for me

Corn peas Pulav:
A very simple yet yummy dish.
He took:
½ cup rice
1/4th cup fresh corn kernels
Fresh green peas A handful
Onion quarterly sliced -1
Green Chillies -2
Cloves- 3-4
Cashew nuts few
Ghee- 1 tbsp
1 cup water
Salt to taste

Soak rice in water for 20 minutes  and drain(this not only helps in cooking fast but rice will not stick )
Heat ghee in a deep bottom pan, add ghee fry bcashewnuts and cloves in it.
Add onions and fry till it’s a light golden in color.
Then add corn kernels and peas and fry for 3 minutes.
Add drained rice and fry it for 5 minutes.
Now add 1 cup of water, salt to taste and when boils close it with the lid and cook until rice is done.
Garnish with Corriander leaves (He never did it:D)Serve hot with Love.
