I was a kind of chocolate freak but don’t know what happened to me in some years I lost the
touch taste towards chocolates…. Last month I realized it and thought how can it happen tht I m not eating chocolates …. May be reason was I was putting few extra pounds that’s what I realized after all the serious research ….Has something like this happened with u guys????
And during all the thought I realized its been long time I used my Oven so I got to make something yum…. Nd soon the chocolate rang the bell and I welcomed it as if it was a
special guest…( it was a regular one before).
So here is some yum cookie recipe which we enjoyed each bite of it… This recipe is from one of my friend.
I added a twist to the cookie and tht was the best part in it.
Here is the recipe:
Whole wheat flour-1/3cup
Grated Ginger- 1 tsp
Oats (40 gms)-3tbsp
Cream the butter and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add wheat flour, oats and chopped dark chocolate and ginger and mix well.
Divide the mixture into equal proportions and shape into round cookies.
Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180*C for 15 mins or till done and cool.
Enjoy each bite of cookies.
