Vanilla Sponge Cake and A Strawberry Cake - A big Hit!!

I always keep saying cakes I love them. We prefer spongy cakes always to the one with icing.
This was just lying down in my drafts from months never got time to post it... Now as for a month i m not gonan do ne bake with eggs i thought il post this soon...nd c now comes the time for spongy cakes.

My first cake bake was not a big hit......so wanted my Vanilla Cake to be a hit and so did it..... I know i had many fellow frenz who had lovely cake in thier blogs....but this time i wanted to c step by step method of preparing a yummy cake. I followed the recipe from here.
As i had made a small qtty i used half the quantity mentioned in itkitchen.

For the Strawberry Cake i foloowed the same procedure but when folding the mixture add a pinch or 2 of strawberry escence and before baking i added finely chopped strawberries.

And bake it at same temprature and same time....... Now u can relish the tempting cakes.
