Sprouted Moong Raitha

Raita is the most commonly used Indian word for savory yogurt-based side dishes. Raitas are made by combining yogurt all kinds of grated, sprouted or chopped vegetables. Ingredients other than vegetables - like Boondi (made from gram flour) can also be used to make Raita. Raita is the perfect accompaniment for all kinds of dishes, especially spicy or hot ones as the yogurt it is made from, cuts the heat!

I never like to eat yogurt just like this neither do I like curd rice but…. I love Raitas and even Shrikand J J J.

Here is something healthy….. Sprouted Moong Raita
To sprout moong soak it for 5 hours and remove from water it will sprout the next day J
Green Gram/Moong Bean Sprouts - 1 cup
Pomegranate – ½ cup
Cucumber peeled and chopped - 1
Coriander Leaves - 2 tbsp chopped
 Yoghurt - ½ - ¾  cup
 Salt - To taste
Method:
Remove the skin of sprouted Moong. ( I know it’s a difficult task… for those who prefer it with skin can skip this method)
