Ambuli Chutney



Need something tasty????? Tired of eating the same Curry, Chutney??? Here is something tasty for All!!
You can finish a plate of rice with a yummy rasam nd tangy Ambuli chutney…… or Konji nd Ambuli chutney….

Ambuli- Konkani, Mavinakayi-Kannada, Raw Mango- English. For Ambuli Chutney what u need to do is just need to spend 5 minutes of urs and have a raw mango in ur kitchen or garden….. We just drool over this chutney whenever its prepared. Nd we have more of chutney than rice ;)


We need:
Raw mango -1(chop into fine pieces)
Fresh coriander leaves-few strands
Green Chillies -2
Fresh Grated Coconut -1/4th Cup
Salt to taste
Coconut oil – 1tbsp
Method:
Grind raw mangoes, coriander leaves, green chillies nd coconut into a very fine paste.
Remove it in a bowl add salt and mix at last leave a tbsp of coconut oil nd mix well.
Now enjoy the chutney!!
